This service provides digital content (AI-generation credits). Credits are issued immediately upon payment; when a program runs, the output (academic paper · business document · HWPX/DOCX/PDF conversion file) is generated automatically and delivered to your registered email and personal library.

🚚 Average delivery time: credits are issued instantly (within seconds) after payment. When a program runs, the output is generated and delivered within an average of 5 to 30 minutes (may vary with task complexity and server load).

↩️ Exchange & refund: (1) Full refund if requested within 7 days of payment (14 days for overseas payments via Paddle) and no credit has been used. (2) If a program error consumes credit without delivering a valid output, that credit is re-issued or refunded. (3) Once a credit is used and the output delivered, only that used portion is non-refundable (digital content already provided); service defects and delivery failures are still refunded. 💡 Billing policy: you can cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard; cancellation stops billing from the next cycle, and the already-paid current cycle remains usable until it ends. ★However, if you request and receive a refund (within 7 days of payment with no credit used), your remaining credits are reclaimed at the moment of refund and access for that cycle stops immediately (the refunded period is no longer usable). Credits are valid for 1 year from the purchase date (per Terms, Article 2). Receipts / tax invoices are sent automatically by PortOne to your registered email.

💡 Delivery note: if generation succeeds but both email delivery and personal-directory storage fail, that run's credit is refunded automatically.
