Terms of Service & Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Service Overview
IDEAINNOV (Mirae-Sahoe R&D Co., Ltd. / 주식회사 미래사회알앤디, the “Company”) provides AI-based digital content generation services, including academic paper writing, business/proposal generation, and document conversion (HWPX·DOCX·PDF). These Terms set out the conditions of use and the refund/cancellation policy for the services provided by the Company.
2. Service Delivery (Delivery Period)
- This service is online digital content, generated/converted and provided immediately (in real time) upon completion of payment.
- Subscription products grant usage rights for the corresponding period (monthly) immediately upon payment.
- Credit (pay-as-you-go) products are charged to your account immediately upon payment and are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase (single-purpose credits usable only within our service, non-transferable, consumed upon use).
- There is no separate physical delivery.
3. Withdrawal & Refund Policy
- Refund window: You may request a refund within 7 days of payment (or within 14 days for overseas payments processed via Paddle).
- Unused purchases (before use): If you have not yet used the service (generation, conversion, download) or hold unused credits, we issue a full refund on request within the window above.
- Subscriptions: Subscription (recurring) plans are fully refundable within the refund window if no credits have been used. You may cancel anytime from the dashboard; billing then stops from the next cycle.
- Used credits: Credits that have already been used and delivered as output are treated as digital content whose provision has commenced under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, so that used portion is non-refundable. The service-defect and delivery-failure cases below are still refunded.
- Overseas payments (Paddle): Payments made through a Merchant of Record such as Paddle are also governed by that provider's Buyer Terms and refund policy, and may be requested for refund within 14 days of payment.
- Automatic refund on simultaneous delivery failure: Even if generation succeeds, if both (a) the completion-notification email and (b) the personal-directory (download) save fail, the Company automatically refunds the credit used for that run.
- Service defects: If results are not properly provided due to the Company's fault, we will reprocess or issue a full refund.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method; card/processor cancellations may take several business days. Refund requests: info@ideainnov.com.
4. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription anytime from the dashboard; upon cancellation, billing stops from the next billing cycle.
- The current, already-paid cycle remains usable until the end of the period.
- Charged credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase (same as Section 2).
5. Exchange
Due to the nature of digital content, this service is not subject to physical exchange. If results contain errors or defects, we handle them via reprocessing (regeneration/reconversion) or refund.
6. Payment Methods
Domestic (Korea) users may pay by credit card / simple payment via a PG company (such as KG Inicis, integrated through PortOne); overseas users may pay via global payment (Paddle · PayPal). Receipts / tax invoices are sent to your registered email through the payment provider.
