Losing 35 kg — from 104 kg down to 69 kg — taught me something. The battle was never about holding out all day. It came down to two windows: 30 minutes before lunch and one hour after work. I only had to get through the two stretches when false hunger passed. Cutting the total I had to endure down to 90 minutes a day — that was all it took.
Research was the same. External tools are only a booster to get past a plateau; what sustains results is an internalized system. An AI draft does not finish your paper. The draft is a booster that gets you past the blank page, and what determines the quality of the paper is the researcher’s own judgment.
So I built a booster for the blank-page stretch of that long process. The rest of the time is your system — yours, as the researcher.
